Copperfield Village is an established 163,011 square foot shopping center located in the master planned community of Copperfield Village in northwest Houston. The property is located at the intersection of Highway 6 and FM 529 Spencer Road and has 741 parking spaces or 4.55 spaces per 1,000 SF of GLA.

Copperfield Village Shopping Center is currently undergoing a complete facelift which is scheduled to be completed the first quarter of 2008. The center is anchored by Randall’s, a Safeway grocer, and Ross Dress for Less.
