Uptown Rogers @ 101 is a 6.3 acre site at the intersection of Highway 101 and 141^st Street in Rogers, Minnesota, a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis. This property is fully entitled and is currently being developed into a 50,500 square foot retail center. KinderCare will occupy a portion of the site with a 9,500 square foot facility opening in early 2008. In addition to KinderCare, three pad sites totaling 20,000 square feet are being developed along with 21,000 square feet of in-line retail space.
