Uptown @ Canyon Crossroads is a 5 acre site at the intersection of 27th Avenue and North Valley Parkway in the North Black Canyon area of Phoenix, Arizona. The entitlement process is underway and the property will be developed into a 45,000 square foot retail center. KinderCare will develop a 10,145 square foot facility on the site. In addition to KinderCare, the project will include two pad sites and in-line shop space.
