Greenstreet Real Estate Partners LP Announces the Renewal of Dollar Tree, Inc. at Caprock Center - Lubbock, TexasGreenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P. (“Greenstreet”) has entered into a renewal with Dollar Tree, Inc., a tenant at Caprock Center in Lubbock Texas. The tenant renewed its existing 15,000 square foot lease. Dollar Tree, Inc. is an operator of discount variety stores offering merchandise at the fixed price of one dollar. At January 31, 2009, the Company operated 3,591 discount variety retail stores in 48 states. Caprock Center is an established 259,441 square foot shopping center located in Lubbock along 50th Street, a main east-west thoroughfare, between Elgin and Boston Avenues. The center is anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Bealls. Additional national tenants include Blockbuster, H&R Block, CiCi’s Pizza, Rainbow, Furr’s and Rent-A-Center. |
