Greenstreet Real Estate Partners LP Announces the Signing of Garretson Firm Resolution Group, Inc. at Rexford Park - Charlotte, NC

Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P. (“Greenstreet”) announces the signing of a 15,244 square foot lease with Garretson Firm Resolution Group, Inc. (“Garretson”) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Garretson was founded in 1998 and is a support services company that provides a variety of administrative problem solving services to courts and parties who are settling legal matters that often involve health care benefit verification and claims resolution. Garretson currently operates four offices nationwide.

Completed in 1980, Rexford Park I & II are multi-story, office buildings located in Charlotte, North Carolina and contain 136,700 square feet.  The properties are situated in the highly regarded and amenity rich South Park submarket, which is located less than 20 minutes from the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport and downtown Charlotte.
