Greenstreet Real Estate Partners LP Announces the Renewal of IKON Office Solutions at Tempe One - Tempe, Arizona

Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P. (“Greenstreet”) has entered into a renewal with IKON Office Solutions ("IKON"),  a tenant at Tempe One in Tempe, Arizona.

The tenant renewed its lease for 58,980 square feet. IKON, a Ricoh company, is a leading provider of innovative document management systems and services. IKON has been in operations since the 1960's under Alco Standard Corporation prior to its name change in January 1997.

Constructed in 1979, Tempe One consists of two single-story buildings that are being utilized as back office / call center uses and includes University of Phoenix. The site is situated in the northwest portion of Tempe - one of the most sought after submarkets in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area - near both Arizona State University and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Greenstreet has completed a redevelopment plan and is pursuing an aggressive marketing strategy to attract high quality tenants. The repositioning included added windows and signage, an improved parking lot and landscaping.
