Mr. Coffin is an Asset Manager at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners.  His responsibilities include asset management, disposition analysis, leasing, and construction oversight.  Prior to joining GREP, Mr. Coffin was an Analyst at SL Green Realty Corp. where his responsibilities included evaluating and underwriting acquisitions, reviewing due diligence materials, and preparing redevelopment materials.

Mr. Coffin holds a BS from the Northeastern University in Political Science and has studied Urban Planning at the University of California, Los Angeles.
