Gabriela CianniGabriela Cianni oversees the coordination of development projects, including design and entitlements; negotiation of vendors’ contracts, management of budgets, schedules and deadline monitoring, and assistance with feasibility and due diligence process on new development opportunities. Prior to joining GREP, Ms. Cianni worked as Director of Development for GGM Developers, managing the day-to-day development operations of the company. Before that, she worked as Development Project Manager at Codina Group for five years, overseeing the development of industrial and business parks, offices and residential condominium projects. She also served as Vice President of Development for Hillwood, a Perot company, in Dallas, Texas from 1998 to 2000, where she was responsible for the corporation’s strategic planning, design and development consulting on domestic and foreign multimillion-dollar commercial development projects. Gabriela graduated from Harvard University in 1998 with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Development. She also holds a degree in Architecture, and a specialization in Urban and Regional Planning, from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact |
